This exercise reminded me of a common mistake- the "threw-through" interchanging. scratch Question
I recently saw this mistake being done on a few lecture slides. Although i knew the difference between the two, when the Prof. used "threw" instead of "through" numerous times, it really confused me. Rolling Eyes

Here is something to clarify it for you (with "thorough" thrown in the mix as well) :
GCSE English: Confusions-Threw, Through, Thorough
